We stayed on the 9th floor in an executive suite. Our biggest complaint was the drag racing that seemed to go on just below our windows. According to staff, this is a regular thing that happens all the time. They had a white noise machine in the room, but had no idea what it was at the time. As far as the physical room goes, it was definitely dated, a bit tired, the furniture was odd for the space. We expected a bit more for an executive suite. Then there's the food. The 2 meals I had were microwaved (frozen?) sandwiches. If you've ever nuked bread, you know, right? If I were returning to Miami, I would find another hotel.
