Bath tub isn't draining. Hair on Bath room walls.

We arrived exhausted at 1 AM. The front desk was curt and a little confrontational when I ask questions about the hotel. The room although stated was a smoke free facility smelled as though it had been smoked in for 20 years. The smell was overwhelming!

Hotel was fine but had draining issues: both the sink and bathtub wouldnt go down at a normal pace. It was not the greatest drainage system at all.

( **Honest Review 2022**) Took the family on a mini vacation and decided to stay here because it was reasonable.*** First night heard two gunshot that was really close! ***Second night decided to take the kids to the swimming pool but was occupied by tons of marijuana smoke! This place is not family friendly. Staff states no room service until after 3 days! That means it eliminate the average stay of each visitors. The rooms are very outdated and towel service will be provided at the end of the day (whatever that means?

This was a last minute booking when our travel plans changed. It’s a little bit outside of Miami and closer to Homestead. We were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get to and location was great.

Had a decent breakfast, comfortable beds.

Pool was inoperable. Prostitute on property. Roach in bathroom. Was not advised about pool from orbitz. Main reason i booked this hotel. Said it was 3 1/2 stars. Not true. Room smell of smoke. Had to change rooms. Very disapointed.

We just needed a place to send a couple nights as we explored south Florida. The property was clean and in a decent neighborhood.

Staff very friendly except the man in the reception. I asked him corkscrew and he denied it to me , so I had to go again to my room and bring the bottle back, as if I were a thief. I reserved 3 rooms, for my and my family, so bad attitude received by him. Ladies were so friendly and help full

Convenient for Palmetto Bay Pine Crest and Cutler Bay

Great place to stay for the night. Very efficient and kind staff.

Clean and comfortable. Is an old facility with outside entrance to rooms, and not very quiet. Was a good stay for the money though

Was supposed to be hot breakfast included which is main reason i chose this place over others. Facikity was nice but breakfast was only a muffin and granola bar

Was loud outside due to renovations to the parking lot. The blackout curtains were too small for windows, so therefore did not block out light at all. Room had a strange odor. Towels were damp upon arrival to room.
