Checked in late evening after a miserable day of flying, starting at 230am from La Paz, Bolivia. I had been stranded in South America for 32 days with the restrictions. The only bright spot was the beautiful, friendly front desk agent from Venezuela, with the welcoming smile. The stay was disappointing; the walls are damaged and scraped, there was no breakfast or even a grab bag, no bar, and the gym and pool were closed. They couldn't even be bothered to refill the little market with beer or make sure the ATM works. Additionally, a housekeeper knocked on the door in the morning when the do not disturb sign was on the door, to ask if I was leaving; I was in fact staying four more days. The Covid issue is an excuse for the hotel to build breakfast into the price but not serve it. The first couple nights there was a transvestite hooker walking in and out who came through the pool gate. There were also creeps smoking weed which stunk up the hall but luckily the Doral PD came through multiple times each night and kicked people out of the parking lot who were smoking up.

Overall very nice hotel. Breakfast was awesome! However, I called ahead and checked for shuttle service from the airport because my flight was coming in after midnight. I was assured there would be a shuttle and to just call when I arrived. Five unanswered calls later I had to pay for a taxi.

Our reservation was canceled and no rooms were left, plus i paid for it ahead of time so after getting there at 3am in the morning and having to leave at 11 am we had to drive over to Quality Inn. A couple of hours of a stay and nothing was done right. Never again.

Pre booked and pre paid. On arrival told no room available, go somewhere else. Midnight. I am 80 years and semi disable. What are you going to do about it?

We were not happy because we were promised two cribs first our infant twins when I called in yesterday to confirm them. However upon check In were told there were no cribs available. The reason we chose this hotel was so that we would have separate sleeping quarters from our children’s and that cribs were available to us. One crib was able to be located after 10 minute of looking but my other one year old had to sleep on the Murphy bed. Also there wasn’t any water to be purchased just one bottle in the entire hotel! WTH?!

Very convenient, near the airport and in an area full of restaurants. The Hotel was very clean and loved the artwork throughout the lobby.

I payed my stay at Wingate Hotel in Miami to Orbitz using my Paypal account. When I got there they told me that Orbitz didnt pay may stay. Again I told them I pay to Orbitz, they told they will check and ask me for a credit card as they usually do for any additional charges. I am checking my bank balance and they change me the stay again to my credit card. Overall very nice hotel. Breakfast was awesome! However, I called ahead and checked for shuttle service from the airport because my flight was coming in after midnight. I was assured there would be a shuttle and to just call when I arrived. Five unanswered calls later I had to pay for a taxi.
