All rooms have 1 Smart TV, not cable. You will need to use your accounts for Netflix, etc.
A Sofa bed in the living room + queen bed in the bedroom (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).

Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
