Great customer service. Easy check in and check out. Room was spotless. A lot of construction going on, however it is a work in progress and will be great to see when it is finished. Temporarily had an issue with the elevator, stairs were fine. Elevator was slow once it was working again. Would return when we travel again.

The hotel was perfect but Expedia was not. They worked with me to pay them directly eventhough Expedia declined my stay. The hotel manager came through to save the day and give me the room at a discount to allow me the room. I won't return with Expedia. This is my 2nd and last worse of the worse experience of a hotel stay with Expedia. Now, I need to get my money back for the stay.

Room was very nice. Very clean. Heating unit was very noisy. Ended up keeping it off. TV had a bit of a glitch. When i called down to the desk the person who answered seemed put off by my call.

Very nice room. Staff was always courteous and very helpful. The hotel is undergoing some remodel but the staff let us know ahead of time. We'll be back down in a few weeks and will gladly stay here again.
