The lobby and room were very nice. The breakfast was abysmal. I have pictures of it will let me post. Eggs and waffles and the most disgusting sausage patties the world has ever seen. Seriously, looked raw. Not just raw but food poisoning raw. Don’t touch it. Almost got sick just looking at it. Again, great room, great location, terrible breakfast. The worst hotel breakfast ever. EVER!!!

The hotel appears to be "new" and nice. We were told it was only 9 months old. However, you can tell that the builders cut corners and this hotel will fall into disrepair very quickly. We already saw some signs of it falling apart (trim in the hallway falling off, holes in the desk area of room that were patched, etc.). The suite was very large and roomy, which was a plus. A few of our biggest complaints: 1. The hot and cold water in the shower was reversed. We waited forever for hot water, only to discover that when the handle was turned to COLD it came out HOT. Very frustrating. I can't imagine how many people have taken cold showers before they realized. 2. Breakfast was almost always gone by 8am (even though it ended later) 3. The hotel has a shared parking lot with the hotel next door, and it just isn't very big. 3. The parking lot was TERRIBLE to access from the interstate. 4. Out of the few days we stayed there, there were always several police officers out with people on foot *every day* we were there. We got to see one person put on his belly and handcuffed on the road just in front of the hotel.

Our room was clean and beautiful; the hotel is new, so everything was perfect. The price was reasonable for our two-day stay. The breakfast included good, Southern-style spicy sausage links, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, bananas, juice, breads, bagels, hot coffee, and tea. They also have a small convenience store with personal items, snacks, and microwave meals. The rooms come with Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The location is right off the highway, not too far from Wolfchase Mall and restaurants. As a veteran, I would recommend this safe location.

Looks nice, but is subpar.

The lady who checked us in at 2am was very nice. Our room was comfortable, but you could hear everyone going in and out of their rooms loudly. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. They had cereal, no milk, coffee that tasted burnt and very bitter, and the waffles had almost a sour taste. (Super weird, as we have never experienced that with waffles. They went into the trash.) While the room is comfortable to sleep in, this was our second time staying at the hotel. We thought maybe the breakfast would change this time, but no. (Although last time, the waffles were good.) For a newer hotel, it is subpar. We won’t be back unfortunately. We believe in giving places second chances, and we’re hoping it would be better this time. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

The lighting is horrible, the breakfast was shockingly awful when it’s supposed to be a buffet which is somehow less selection than a continental breakfast?? The bar in the closet keeps falling off…why did you put so much into the aesthetics of the hotel while ignoring important touches? Nice job using Dove products in the bathroom, my hair and skin are super soft. The jury is out on this place, there are quite a few things I like but I’m just irritated that some of the more important things were ignored.

The room was very clean. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was awesome. I have never tasted scrambled eggs away from home that were as tasty as those served at the Laquinta in Cordova. Some of the accessories in the room were cheap cheap. The toilet paper roller would not stay on the wall. But the dove soap smelled great!
