The room was not tidied daily. We stayed for four. days, the room we were in needs to be updated to feel fresh. The staff was superb, especially Alex at the front desk. She was always friendly and very accommodating. I think she will go far with this chain. I will still stay here again. I'm planning to return this summer,

Room clean but bathroom missing some tile. Breakfast: limited- no yogurt. Lobby had towels on the floor everywhere from leak or flooded from something. Large fans everywhere trying to dry lobby floors. Not what you want to see.

Never Again Hilton

No idea as our rooms were given away! After traveling all day from Texas, first stop on family vacation and we were free by “Alex”, a young lady who informed us she did not have the rooms we reserved. They were given to guests who wanted to extend their stay! I had to find other accommodations at 7 pm for to replace a confirmed reservation made in July!

Will not be coming back

The hotel staff was great. They were honestly the only good thing about this experience. The hotel room we were in was horrible. People were smoking marijuana in front of the hotel and on our floor. The whole 4th floor smelled like pot. When we got to our room, the thermostat was broken, the wires were exposed under the AC unit, the phone didn't work, the lamp was missing the bolt to hold the shade on, the bathroom was missing a tile, and the shower had mildew. We will not be coming back.
