The only downside was the mini bar. It had a very strange selection and the two items I did try as late night snacks were both awful. The staff were outstanding. Except for a high rise hotel in the cbd, the location was excellent in every way. Trams and trains within a five minute walk, bars, coffee, restaurants etc. all very close. Our room was perfect in size, there’s a smaller room for a few dollars cheaper but anything smaller than the room we had wouldn’t suit two people.

Great stay here and we have stayed a number of times, they have changed a few things at the hotel with the mini bar and inclusions but still a great hotel and will stay again

Restaurant is fully vegan. No doubt this is some kind of environmental statement by the Ovolo chain, but after a long trip I just wanted to relax rather than having to navigate my way around a taxing menu. There was no work desk in the bedroom
