One bedroom unit was comfortable with all amenities including a full sized fridge, stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Modern bathroom with large sized shampoos, conditioner etc. Great view from the 11th floor. Staff friendly and helpful.

Although the location and convenience of having laundry facilities and a full kitchen are in its favour, the general disrepair of the property and appalling dirtiness of the room we stayed in mean we will never return to this location.

We stayed as a family of 3 during the 2025 F1 Grand Prix. The location was excellent; easy to navigate to via motorways & major arterial roads and trams/trains were very close offering plenty of options. The 2-bedroom apartment was clean & modern. There is a gym, spa and sauna in the complex which guests are able to use. Undercover & secure parking was available for $20/day. Sebel staff were courteous & efficient.

Location was convenient, wouldn’t stay again.

Check in was ok, the guy sounded like he was simply giving his automated spiel and really didn’t seem to care too much. Room was clean and suited our needs. Windows were horribly dirty which meant you couldn’t really see out at all, possibly not cleaned in a very long time.
