I Stayed At This Hotel For Two Weeks, And Unfortunately, My Experience Was Far From Satisfactory. The Overall Condition Of The Property Was Poor, And My Room Was Dirty Upon Arrival. Even More Concerning, I Encountered Roaches In The Room, Which Made The Stay Extremely Uncomfortable. The Issues Didn't Stop There. The Staff Was Consistently Rude And Unhelpful Throughout My Stay. I Was Charged Taxes At The Hotel Despite Having Already Paid Taxes Through Expedia, And When I Raised This Concern, The Situation Was Handled Poorly. After Requesting A Room Change, I Was Relocated, Only To Find That The New Room Was Also Dirty. Given These Experiences, I Do Not Recommend Staying At This Hotel. Significant Improvements Are Needed, Particularly In Cleanliness, Staff Professionalism, And Overall Guest Engagement. Until These Issues Are Addressed, Guests Are Likely To Encounter The Same Problems I Did.

My time at the hotel was nothing short of amazing! The staffs were welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was clean as well and it was a serene environment. The traditional meal was well prepared by the chefs. A 10/10 stay i highly recommend.

Pas assez de place pr mettre le commentaire en entier. Fourmis dans la chambre chaque jour, matelas ou on sent tous les ressorts. Menage de la chambre fait a moitie, pas de draps changés serviettes quasiment idm + nettoyage au sol facultatif ( ne bouge pas les tapis de chambre ni SDB Pr nettoyer) Personnel pas accueillant, ni a l arrivée (ca a duré 3 plombs, donne la carte sans aucune indication ( direction, etage, horaires resto... ) ni au depart, mont fait payer 70dh de + pour une facture que javais deja payee (mm chose pr un couple qui partait a notre arrivee) Restaurant pas bon mais prix corrects, PDJ affreux. Exterieur piscines au top / transats cassés vieux et pas conforts. Jamais de bnjr merci aurevoir ( sauf 1 serveur et le responsable du resto ) La carte qui se désactive tous les 2j. En bref fuyez ne perdez ni votre temps ni votre argent.

Amenities are five star, disappointed that my room wasn’t clean when I arrived and then never cleaned again during our stay. Quite far out from the centre of Marrakech, about 25mins in taxi, use InDrive application to order taxis too. Benefits of being out of town are you can chill and forget the mayhem in the medina.

4 ppl 2 adults 2 teenagers Hotel is set up as a hotel and apartment in the same complex Stayed in the apartment as hotel didnt have capacity for us Large roomy airy and generally clean and well equipped apartment Breakfast was available to purchase. I didn't eat was too tired and slept through Staff very good Issues I noticed and reported and hotel responded immediately Bathroom doors sticking on the floor One toilet flush not working Hot water not working in the second bathroom So does cause inconvenience...I am pretty easy going and made no difference to me...though could be massive issue for ppl especially as the hotel is upper end of economy living

Clean Room- the room was very clean and had great amenities. The only downside and this has been multiple stays that I have seen this near the doorway. Roaches, big ones. Overall, it’s a clean room, but the roaches that can sneak in from outside are disgusting. The sink in one of the bathrooms didn’t drain. We didn’t use a lot of the serves. We did try to breakfast Buffet, it’s worth the $6. The property is always very clean and smells clean. Good service and stay for the price. I highly recommend. I would have given 5 stars across had it not been for the cockroaches sneaking into the room and the broken sink.

Very quiet hotel and much nicer than expected for the price. Nice pool areas even if they were pretty cold. Food was very poor, nothing looked like the pictures on the menu but breakfast was ok and good price. I expect to struggle with any complaints or asks unless you can speak Arabic. Couple staff spoke very little English. If you want a cheap quiet getaway and can arrange everything yourself it’s very good.

It was absolutely amazing . The staff ate incredibly helpful . I extended twice as I enjoyed my self way too much . I celebrated my birthday there and they decorated my room so beautifully it was magical . I will be returning soon .
