Huzurlu ortam

Otelin konumu çok iyi Sarıgerme merkez 1 km uzaklıkta. Orman manzaralı bir odada kaldım ve doğası hoşuma gitti. Temizlik yeterliydi bir sorun yaşamadım. Resepsiyon görevlisi güler yüzlüydü. Müzik ve eğlence bakımından olanakları biraz artırılabilir. Sakin bir tatil isteyenler burayı seçebilir. Yemek çeşitleri nispeten az ama yemeklerin tadı güzeldi.

Hotel is in a beautiful setting, staff are wonderful. The food is not very good, not much variety and basic not what you expect in an all inclusive hotel. Not much variety on drinks. Beach bar electric was down so no drinks available . Would not book again as had to eat out in restaurants in the local town

The view of the hotel is amazing. The staff are great.. but I still won't go there again... the food is very poor and unsuccessful. no flavor. The bad smell of the dessert I bought is still in my nose.

This may be one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in my life. It feels like some guy bought a hotel out of bankruptcy, had no idea how to run a hotel, then decided to cut corners to make the math work. Property is ok to decent, but the rooms are abysmal. Also, I paid both on hotels.com and at the property (a full additional night for some unknown reason). Rooms need a 100% makeover. They feel like a mix of a motel and your grandmother's bedroom from 1955. Also, there were at least 3 people trying to get their money back in the 11 hours that I was there. Only needed a place to stay for night on way to Bodrum

Excellent rooms, impressive facade, grounds, pool and views wonderful. Given this we were surprised at the state of the sunbeds and some of the other furniture, even more so by the unavailability of the Internet anywhere except at reception. It was sometimes hard to escape the incessant music, particularly frustrating when you want to appreciate the wonderful views and the sounds of nature. Some of the staff were excellent, notably in the restaurant, and at reception, but the younger ones in particular seemed to be a lot more interested in their phones and chatting to each other than the clientele.

Our recent stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. Despite receiving confirmation of an early check-in, our room was not ready upon arrival. The frustration began when we encountered the night staff who seemed to have no command of English, making communication virtually impossible. As a result, they provided us with a temporary room that left much to be desired. Unfortunately, our disappointment didn't end there. The following morning, our experience took a nosedive at breakfast. The food served was well below our expectations, with tasteless and unappetizing options that left us regretting our decision to dine at the hotel. All in all, this stay was marred by a lack of communication, a substandard room, and an unimpressive breakfast experience. We expected much more from this hotel and hope that these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Me and my husband stayed in the hotel for 1 week. Amazing hotel with great panoramic views of mountain and ocean! In fact the hotel is on a mountain which is very rare, truly stunning and great for pictures. Everton the hotel are so friendly I can’t say one bad thing about the hotel it was just beautiful. The best thing for us was the two dogs Tina and Gorgey so lovely! We will definitely come back to this hotel for sure.

Let’s start with the good points Freshly decorated room only let down was an old toilet left in situ. Nice views of the sea and mountains. Nice pool area although sun beds broken and old Staff friendly Cleanliness of hotel was good. BAD POINTS Had to go looking for food. Panoramic bar was supposed to be open for snacks and drinks this was never manned until I complained and even then there was no snacks. Main bar served drinks. I asked for a lager and a wine and we received half a glass of both each. Food was overall poor. Evening meal was chicken turkey or meatballs with chips rice and salad. Lunch next day was chicken turkey or meatballs!!! Breakfast no fruit on offer no yoghurts selection was eggs salami salad cornflakes and bread. Complained to manager asked for refund but was not interested just told me all places now open Private beach disappointing we were embarrassed to sit next to another all inclusive due to the broken beds and umbrellas. The snack bar was an old run down shack again that was never open for drinks or snacks. We promptly left. Overall we stayed for 24hours out of our 3 night all inclusive break. Couldn’t take anymore of the poor quality and as for all inclusive that is a complete joke!!! General manager needs to up his game if he wants the customers to come to this hotel. It is a shame really as this could be a nice place. There was more but have ran out of characters
