Check in was a breeze. We enjoyed the stay and the house had plenty of room for our party of 8. Pool was small but got very deep on one end which was nice after spending the day at the beach. Kitchen was huge and living room was very big. Would definite stay here again.

Pleasant family vacation

Very clean home, plenty of rooms, very large kitchen, great location, just minor details need attention (pool light for night swimming wasn’t available, master room fan didn’t work due to missing remote, second floor bunk bed sways ) none of these could be fix during our stay, hopefully it gets resolved for future guests We had a very nice stay overall Thank you

Home was large enough for our family as well as very private location, beautiful views of the water and ability to use the dock was nice! The host was super communicative and quick to address issues.

This house is....fine. The ownership has not put a dollar into the house lately. We had no hot water on the first day. The pool was 10 degrees under the temperature for 3 days. There are 8 dinner plates, so bring paper plates if you don't want to do dishes every night. There was no toilet paper holder in the main bathroom. Clearly the house is convenient, but is in need of some TLC.The pool is very small, but not a deal breaker.The grill has not been cleaned ever, so expect massive flare ups.

It is in a beautiful, quiet area. It also has a wonderful outdoor area that is fantastic for early morning reading and coffee.

Best Home Away From Home

We loved this house, between the great location, ample space, lovely back patio with a heated pool to relax after a long day at the beach, and cozy ambience. Such a great first trip to Marco thanks to the hospitality at Marco Properties and this Hummingbird house!
