Place is fantastic and we already booked for next year. The only minor issue was the pots and pans need replacing and the hot tub light worked one night. Views, pool and house were amazing. Looking forward to next year.

Truly a mini Paradise

The house was nice and clean. Great view. The pool is SPECTACULAR. A perfect retreat for 2 couples. We would do it again!

Beautiful house and location in Marathon

We loved this house and location and can't wait to book again! The pool is absolutely amazing. Great water access and just a short drive into Marathon. The rental company was responsive to any and all issues.

Wonderful pool and outdoor space

Beautiful house in a great, quiet location, but still close to all Marathon has to offer. The comfortable home was well equipped for our long stay. Communication with the management company was easy, and they were very responsive. It was hard not to spend all of our time in the outrageous pool and spa!

Stunning pool

The pool is beyond your wildest imagination. There is no need to leave the property. The fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds, and the outdoor kitchen make this an exceptional vacation. Have already booked for next year.

Incredible pool and view

We never left the property! It was our second time at this property. The beautiful home has a fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and an incredible view. We had a seven foot iguana come for a visit to eat “the salad bar” in the yard. It made our visit even more perfect.

The house, the pool and the view are absolutely beautiful, however there were a few things we were disappointed with. Several of the glasses, dishes and utensils were not clean, there was only one wash cloth for us, the one toilet didn’t flush all the way although maintenance came out to look at it but didn’t come back to fix it. Fire pit didn’t work..and this past week, we could have used it. Overall the place is beautiful just a little disappointed with the attention to detail by the rental company.

The house and pool had much thought put into making it a vacation paradise. Hot tub was wonderful at night. Although there are many good qualities, we would not choose to stay here again. Noise from highway 1 is heard inside and outside of the house and truck traffic is constant. It is not in the same idyllic neighborhood for quiet and walking that we love about grassy key and when we are in the keys. We should’ve done our research better and we were disappointed that none of the reviews or website disclosed this better. If you like to cook even a few nights or even just breakfast, probably not the rental for you. Pans are not great and dishes and glassware could use a refresh. Beds were not terribly comfortable and creaked quite a bit. house may be due for new mattresses and kitchen pans, glasses, dishes etc refresh. All that being said pool and outdoor is wonderful with a fantastic view. Husband caught fish off the dock the best being a 20 inch tarpon.

It was not our best VRBO rental experience

The pool was beautiful and definitely the selling feature but it needed maintenance/cleaning. The house was clean but also had maintenance issues that were not immediately addressed. We really wanted to love it, but it didn't work out that way.
