Lovely stay but staff a little instrusive. Bell boy upset partner on arrival day asking her is she was tired or hungry; that upset her. Plus we were woken up by staff knocking on room door on morning 1 asking if we had any laundry and again on morning 2 asking to check minibar. I was undressed. Room would benefit from a do not disturb sign like most hotels

It was a great stay but not an excellent one. For a 5 star hotel, I was expecting a heated pool. Unfortunately both of their pools are not heated making it so uncomfortable to swim in. No wonder why it’s almost always empty. We stayed at the main building and the pool was closed for several days and we had to walk over to the tower building to use the cold pool which was so inconvenient. The staffs are mostly young except the guards but they are very warm and consistent with greetings. The free area shuttle service is excellent for us since we wanted to check out the surrounding shopping malls. The buffet is so so again for a 5 star hotel. It’s nothing compared to Discovery Primea. The egg station lacks training as the cook doesn’t know what an over hard egg is. It took them 3 times to make it where they constantly give an over easy sunny side up egg. The bacon so fatty and not crispy at all. The Taho corner is a win though. We had it everyday. Other than that I would skip paying extra for buffet since we don’t feel it’s not worth it. We stayed for about a week.

We’ve stayed in Bellevue before & had a great time. I booked the place for my sister & to my brother in law as a Valentine’s gift. They were so pleased with place, room are spacious and breakfast is great. They were just a little disappointed as the rooftop venue is fully booked. For the event. & had to go for another place to had dinner. But over all they were so pleased with the hotel amenities

Hotel location is accessible to shopping centres and transport. Easy basement parking if you have own transport. Choices of restaurants in Hotel. Signature Club staffs Ferdie, Kyle, Janina and Raquel looked after me very well as well as other guests. I commend them for their excellent job.
