The staff were amazing. Front desk Poul went over and beyond when we were charged over the said room rate price for breakfast. Gen, Christian (at the lobby bar), and Ulysses always made us feel welcomed and special. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

This is our to go Hotel whenever me and my husband visits Makati, it is conveniently located to everything, you can walk towards Greenbelt, Rustans, SM or One Ayala. Everything is walkable and its surrounded with good restaurants too. The hotel itself is very clean and staffs are amiable and very accommodating. Also, i love the lounge area on the 19th floor if you just wanna hang out and chill. Kudos to Edrex, Neo, Aki , Daniel and Stevene for being so accommodating.
