I had an amazing stay at this condo in BGC! The location is perfect. I loved being able to walk around and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. The view of the Uptown Mall fountain is beautiful, especially in the evenings. The unit itself is clean, cozy, and just the right size for a small family. It's also incredibly convenient, being so close to the airport. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located spot in BGC!

This property is well located near shops, restaurants and amenities all within walking distance. The unit was clean and spacious. Would have appreciated some drinking water in the unit as we arrived late at night and had to step out to find a mini mart.

BGC in itself was a great location. The downside was inside the unit. The A/C was not working properly. And the worst part was the beddings were filthy. I found buggers on sofa bed ( i have pictures) and wish i can upload it. It was a horrible 5 days stay in this place.

Although I paid in full prior to arriving, and a couple of hours after check in time I was still forced to wait 2 hours to gain access to the room. I will never under any circumstances recommend anyone stay there. The customer is totally unimportant to them, but your money is welcomed.

Property meaning the place itself is ok the unit though in south V 7 needs some cleaning.. sheets were nasty with stains and the kitchen was filthy.. I had to clean it myself..there were 8 7 cockr that I had to exterminate myself. Hallway needs AC some elevator were non functional.. it could be better

We booked this because of the convenience of the location. HOWEVER, we are extremely disappointed with the condition of the place. Ist- we arrived in the middle if the night from the airport, to find the place was only good for 6 we booked for 8, we didnt have enough mattress. I messaged the host, understandably, didnt get answer back until 3am. Shw gave us an extra room for the night only. Room condition was horrible!!! First thing we noticed was the pungent smell of the place!!! horrible! then comes the cockroches!!! ewwww The toilet was dirty and again stinky!!! The room on the right smelled like sewer!!! the worst of it is when I entered the toilet next to the laundry room- IT WAS HORRIBLE! it smelled between sewer and urine combined!! it was nauseating!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!

Communication could have been better. The rooms were dusty. Coackroaches were seen running around. Old dirty rag was left on vathroom sink. Towels were old. Room smelled of Sewage. But ACs were new and blew cold. Funishings and amenities needs improvements. Property has so much potentials. Management should really look into professional designer to help with decor. Lightings.

The unit is organized and clean but wait few hours later , lot of cockroach coming out , has to wash and wipe everything before using kitchen utensils , area need sanitizing bad

Location was nice but that’s about it. Cockroaches all over the apt and inside the fridge so it was clear they had not cleaned it properly. Two out of three A/C units broke during our stay. There was a leak coming from the ceiling above our toilet (which I assume was coming from the upstairs unit) as well which made the bathroom unusable. The property manager was communicative and did try to address the issues the multiple issues with no actual solutions should be a sign not to rent your unit till the issues are addressed
