Will stay again if ever in Manchester.

Staff were very welcoming. Room was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. As well as the in-house restaurant for evening meals etc It's next to a Macdonald's and a carvery pub so perfect for a quick pint or a coffee.

Breakfast food waa good plenty of choice, room was cleaned well, Downside to the stay is they took £50 holding deposit for any damages that may happen, that i wasn't told about and I needed the money for the weekend away which was so frustrating to not know about the £50 before going. Hotel stay let me down by the money taken on arrival from my card which I needed that money.

Faulty Towers and unexpected charges!

Expect to be charged £50 deposit on arrival. £45 (less £5 parking charge) is supposed to be refunded on departure. IM STILL WAITING FOR REFUND! Staff are like something from Faulty Towers. None of them knew what they were doing. To get a drink at the bar was a 20 minute comedy scence. Water leak in our bathroom and the "family" room was so small we all hit our legs squeezing to access the bathroom. Breakfast made me ill.

Up your game.

Check in was good the room is pretty clean and comfortable. The breakfast services and provision needs a major uplift. Staff with sad gloomy faces. Food options very limited. There was no mushrooms and the hush brown was very suggy. 30 minutes before end of breakfast and they had already run out of food options.

Great stay

As the price was reasonable I had low expectations. However, the hotel was excellent. Very close to Trafford Centre. Beds were really comfortable, hotel was clean and staff were friendly.
