Housekeeping is poor. They are so late cleaning up room. They don’t replace towels daily and even forgot to replace shower curtain they removed. Needless to say, my husband who has memory problem had to shower and pop Breakfast is horrible. It tasted like it’s been fried refried several times. Hard scrambled eggs, hard country fries,hard suasage. Hard to believe, it’s for human consumption!

Check in took a really long time. Only other thing was housekeeping tried to come into the room at 9 am but check out is at 11. Was sleeping and they opened the door and came into the room. Other than that everything was good.

Bitten by bed bugs on the first day, with over 30 bites. Experiencing severe itching and redness! Reported the issue to the hotel but received NO response.
