Hipster paradise & Great Service

Great hotel for hipsters. Very vintage and cozy with very friendly owner/operator. Service was excellent with coffee tea muffins. Room was old, but the sheets were clean. Cable TV was great WiFi too, but a little slow to stream. The bathrooms were clean, but looked like there had been a previous leak. We were short on towels, but were offered a room upgrade last minute to accommodate our child, so maybe it wasn’t stocked. Owner was so friendly I’m sure she would have provided anything she could. Also very convenient location. Short walk to KFC.

Stay here

The rooms are larger than normal. There's a full bath plus an area with a just a sink. I'd definitely stay here again.

Although it is an older motel, it was clean, clean, clean! The shower was spotless, the sheets were clean, the towels (although old, too) were clean. The best part was continental breakfast (which was not advertised). The manager husband-wife team provided coffee, tea, oatmeal, etc. and homemade banana bread. This did not come out of their budget but rather their pocket. A tip jar was provided, and after two days of generous breakfast delights, I was happy to drop in a $20. The price was good; the folks were nice; and I'd be happy to stay there again for my next Malone-area historical re-enactment trip.

convenient to drive in and drive out, room easily accessible and very clean for a 2 star motel. the gentleman at the front desk could have been more inviting though. overall i would stay again and i would recommend the place if you just needed a place to sleep and bathe. Thank you.

Cute little motel room, nice floors. Unfortunately, Bathroom floor was filthy and had bugs in our bed!!!! Very very upset! Staff came in at 1030 pm to change our bedding

The room had a musty smell. The water temperature in the shower was very erratic when other used water. (Shower went painfully hot)

Not a good experience

I was very disappointed to see garbage on the dresser. There was popcorn on the floor. We had no towels and less than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. The owner was sorry and told us to let her know if she could do anything for us.

If you stay more than one night, you need to specifically request new dry towels each day. When the towels were delivered, the trash was not emptied and the room was not cleaned.

There was NO WiFi! It was advertised that there was. Would love to get a refund from this place! Also, I prepaid online for the room. When my son went to register, he had to use his own credit card. This was unexpected and inconvenient! Do not stay at 4 Seasons if you expect WiFi!

One member of my party arrived first and when he checked into his room he found several cigarette burns in the bead spread and was not comfortable with the cleanliness of the room. He cancelled both rooms and we went to another hotel. Other than myself none of the other three people with me would stay there. So please do not charge my card for the late cancellation as it was due to the facility condition.

Worst place to stay

First burn holes in blankets, sheets and dried blood on mattress. Heat would not go off. You could turn it down then you were to cold. No towel paper roll and shower I wouldn't even get in. Very dirty and no coffee maker or any in lobby. Would never go there again. Told manager and all she said was very sorry. Nothing about a discount or refund. Terrible.
