The Inn was not as advertised. Long term tenants present. Looked more like a slum lord operated drug den. Room reeked of bleach, floors spongy from obvious water damage, toilet seat falling off. Mold present in air conditioner filter. Stay far away.

The property was very uninviting and unwelcoming. There is a sliding glass door in the back of them room that only locks with a metal bar. It’s dark and very sketchy. I paid for my room and upon arrival I was asked for $100 deposit on top of it, which was not posted on the website while booking. I feel very unsafe and would not recommend this motel to anyone. Charging $140 for this space then a $100 is absurd. The beds are hard and the smell is horrendous. Again, I definitely will not sleep well here tonight.

The staff at the Malone Inn went above and beyond and shuttled 9 of us to a restaurant nearby for dinner since there is nothing within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall a great place to stay for a night.

Really nothing to like about this place. Very unsettling vibes, people in room next door were loud and arguing. Card didn’t work and the worker couldn’t help so I had to have the guy at the front desk let me in. I stayed for about an hour then left to go somewhere else

First and Last Stay

It was really bad. First, we get into town an hour before check in...after a 14 hour drive. We were told we couldn't check in early, because the room wasn't cleaned yet, come back at 2. No worries, totally understandable. We come back at 4, check in and are given our door cards...go to the room and it is trashed and still has someone else's stuff in it. We go back up front and they move us to the room next door. Walk in and there are these little bugs all over the place. My husband complained to the manager but he didn't seem to care. Unfortunately we couldn't check out because everywhere else was full and we couldn't afford to lose the $1300.00 we had to pay for the 10 days stay. The day before we left, the manager finally sprayed for the bugs because everyone staying there was complaining. I feel bad for the staff...they are the ones that were getting all the complaints. These things were everywhere. It was pretty gross.

Dont like any of what i payed for . And expedia wouldn't give me a refund 4 days prior to the stay . With never go through them again and wont recommend it to anyone. Sad for you and shame on you

The room was not very clean though it smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals when I walked in. The floor in the bathroom had pubic hair all over it and the green bedspreads had hair on them (seemed to be both from peoples heads and pet hair). I kept my shoes on the whole time and did not use the bedspreads. Internet didn’t work well and tv kept changing channels and volume without me touching the remote.

It just wasn't worth the price. It wasn't clean enough and honestly the bathroom sink was completely cracked. Was afraid to sleep in the covers. Just didn't trust i wasn't going to get bed bugs even though I checked multiple times

Terrible stay

When we arrived, they had no idea which room they were going to put us in. I had to go with one of the employee to choose the room. The floor appeared to be dusty, the room had nails popping out from the ceiling. When I went into the bathroom, there was mold on the tub, nails popping out of the ceiling, when I twisted the hot water faucet, water was coming out of the handle. The vents looked like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time. No soap was available for washing. Someone had programmed the TV to tape a series of the same program, so every half hour it took physical intervention to change the change back to what we were watching. Over all it was a horrible stay. When I went to check out the next day, I had to leave due to an emergency. The manager was no help at all, told him I had to leave a day early and the only thing he said that it was no problem, but he couldn't do anything about a refund that I would have to go through hotel.com to get it. He also refused to give me a receipt for my deposit and said to get that through hotel.com.

Not happy with having to hold down the lever in order for the toilet to flush. Not happy that the sliding doors were screwed shut, safety/fire hazard. Not happy that there was no extra safety lock to prevent someone entering after the door was closed. Not happy with the fact that there were two of us checked in but not enough towels, soap or shampoo provided. Had to ask for more. Also not happy that the shampoo was in ketchup type plastic container and extremely hard to open, I had to use my teeth. The people were extremely courteous and the place was clean just run down.
