Chalets Bougainville Ground floor Apartment with Ocean View

The ground floor apartment of Villa Lemon is located on the property of Chalets Bougainville - in the middle of our tropical garden and is surrounded by lush vegetation of palm trees and flower bushes. The unique view of the crystal-clear water in the Anse Royal bay and the open ocean and different islands offer you a relaxing stay. The house is equipped with an air conditioner, but still has a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Direct to the covered n veranda from the bedroom aswell from the kitchen. It is a peaceful, well-kept place - except the sound of the waves and the singing birds you will hear nearly no other sounds. It is a very romantic place, ideal for peaceful and relaxing holidays and for honeymoons.
The house is located directly on the coast about 50m above sea level.

Daily cleaning, except on Sundays and public holidays is included in the price.

Towels for the beach are not available!

We also do offer the Transfers from Airport / Jetty to the Chalet for EUR 60/70 cash one way

Beautiful appartment in a lovely garden.

Lovely appartment with a fab balcony and gorgeous view of the sea from your bed. Hosts on site but unobtrusive unless you want them Jo picked us bananas and gave us coconuts from the trees, Maggie on hanf for an extra book when I ran out. Super friendly lovely facilities, would highly recommend 😁

Large balcony overlooking the ocean in a quiet area but close enough to some of the best beaches in MAHE We enjoyed the recommendations from Maggie who was attentive and kind. Phantastischer Ort zum Entspannen

Nach drei Wochen Urlaub bei Maggie und Joe mussten wir leider wieder nach Hause fliegen, - allerdings tief entspannt und sehr zufrieden... Das hervorragende, sehr stilvolle und saubere Chalet Lemon in ihrem tropischen Garten, die aufmerksam hilfsbereite und doch zurückhaltende Art unserer Gastgeber, die täglich frischen Blumen, Blüten und Früchte, der phantastische Blick über die Anse Royale, die unglaublichen Farben von Meer und Himmel - alles das zusammen trug zu einem wunderbaren Urlaub bei. Eine wunderschöne self-catering Villa mit liebevollen Gastgebern.

Wir hatten das Glück und durften zwei wundervolle Wochen bei Maeggie und Joe in der Villa Lemon verbringen. Maeggie und Joe sind wundervolle Gastgeber die uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seiten standen und alle unsere Fragen ausfühlich beantworteten. Die Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Reinigung der Villa erfolgte täglich und es war immer alles blitzeblank. Hervorzuheben ist er einmalige Ausblick auf das Meer den man sowohl aus der Küche sowie aus dem Schafzimmer und natürlich auch von der Terrasse hat. Joe war immer darauf bedacht den tropischen Garten sauber zu halten und das ist ihm auch gelungen. Liebe Maeggie und lieber Joe wir möchten uns nochmals bei Euch bedanken für die beiden wundervollen Wochen die wir bei Euch verbringen durften. Wir kommen wieder. Mr et Mme Schmid savent recevoir leurs clients avec une grande gentillesse. Le chalet était très propre et très bien situé avec vue magnifique sur l'anse royale. Peut-être pas facile d'accès mais nous sommes déjà au courant à la réservation. Très bonne adresse.

Toller Blick, sauber und gut administriert

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Oktober da, es war herrlich, wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch die Inhaberin war freundlich und aufmerksam, sie ließ es uns an nichts fehlen. Die Räume sind sehr sauber und technisch war alles einwandfrei. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer war einmalig.
