Room was clean but dated. There was a musty smell in the room, and the hanging rack was above the service bar. Staff were great, good value and right on the creek.

If you want to feel like you are home away from home, The Valley Inn is for you. Sue and her staff are super friendly and do what they can to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The outdoor area by the creek is great with swings, chairs and a fire pit. Comfy bed and very clean. The Valley Inn will certainly be seeing us again!

The motel is older but rooms clean, ved comfortable, staff available and respinsive. The room was arranged oddly with the area for hanging clothes above the service bar area. The microwave, fridge, coffee maker seemed newer but furniture was out dated. There was a musty smell to the room. Overall an ok place to stay. Our room was on the creek and the outdoor areas were great.

The staff was super nice and very helpful, rates very good , room clean. The only drawback was no chairs to sit in while in the room. Rocking chairs on porch , we really enjoyed. Loved the swings out back facing the stream , so peaceful.

Facing the creek made for a nice sitting area. But our room was not what was in pictures. Very outdated, in need of numerous repairs. The owner was very nice & location was good for our needs. A bit of work would make this an A+.

I would stay again!

It was everything we needed. The room was older and needed a little TLC. But, it was clean, quiet, the A/C was cold, the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing, went up for my husbands birthday weekend and was wonderful. Relaxing by the creek with a fire pit. So quiet and peaceful!!

We loved the location on the river and the amenities along the river - the swings, gazebo, and picnic area with grill. We really loved the water. We are very pleased with the owners friendliness and helpfulness. We will be back.

Quaint country motel with wooden rockers on the porch outside your room and a babbling brook just feet away. Unexpected mini fridge and microwave. Appears recently renovated, but the window unit was hard to control with either too cold or too hot. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast is only prepackaged breads, granola bars and apples/bananas. Great value near the Smoky Mountains, but for a one night stay…wouldn’t stay longer.
Swings, gazebo and fire pit for relaxing along the water.
