Awesome front desk staff. Rooms where clean and comfortable. A little dated but a great value.

Got to hotel. Clerk was sleeping at front desk. Went to room and roaches were on the floor we killed one of them at took a picture. And it smelled. Can not believe this was a ramada. We left and I called Orbitz to get a refund.

Pillow cases has staines, haie in bathtub, dirty sheets and room as well

Comfortable clean room. The bed and linens were wonderful. Breakfast included scrambled or hard boiled eggs, cereal hot or cold, pastries.. While small, the hot tub was hot and not full of children. The staff was helpful and friendly. The off season price was amazing.

Struggled to find a place on our way home that was affordable with good reviews! This is THE place!! Clean! Great room! Great pool! Great breakfast!! Close to the interstate!! Would recommend to friends, and will absolutely stay here again!!

Decent but nothing to rave about. One of a slew of smaller motels in Maggey Valley NC.

arrived at 3 pm {posted check in time} had to wait 20 mins for room. trash in room had not been emptied... No toilet tissue in bathroom... equipment in exercise room was broken.. hot tub did not work. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL !!!

The room was nice and clean. There were cracker crumbs in the chair in the room of the couple traveling with us. There is no elevator, for anyone that might need one. Not a big deal to me.

On my daughters 9th b day 4/7 she decided she wanted 2 go 2 mommys fav place... well 4/7 was the first day if spring break and everybody seemed to go to the mountains cause Maggie valley was 82% booked..so finally found a room here at the Ramada...note...I will only stay in hotels that have Jonathan creek in the back yard...and they did...and for a creekside view room w balcony/slide n glass doors/rocking chairs n all was only 178$ for 2 nights..Witch was great compared to other rates I had went threw topping 325$ 's night.. we ended up staying another night but are third night was a Monday night and rates dropped to 62 a night.the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the pictures online threw my Orbitz app wasn't exactly what the room n all looked like....it showed couch and very new upgraded big room...and it didn't have a couch and wasn't huge like showed in pic...but that may not be Ramada fault again it was threw Orbitz app so they could of posted the pics.but lovely beds 4 pillows on ea.& pretty modern..and as far as amenities only reason it didn't get 5 was due to again pics on Orbitz app showed the pool to be huge so it looked...but it was a good size still going up to 5ft...I was happy w it as far as the pretty wood room & my daughter had a blast in it...although the jacuzzi wasn't a hit with me...it didn't bubble up like normal, n just wasn't 2 inviteing..but staff was awesome & very nice & overall it was great & I will stay here again & would recommend

The room we had was great. Plenty of space, and a good view of the snowfall we were getting. Big jacuzzi tub! The only thing I wasn't a fan of was that the bed was super stiff.

We stayed the night due to the snow and not being able to get up the hill to our house. Rooms were nice. Clean. Balcony view over the stream was nice. Happy about my stay. Otherwise, people around were a little loud. It happens though.

We thought we had purchased a hot tub room but arrived and had not. The upgrade was an additional $40 per night.

The hotel had a heated pool and small workout area but with the mountains right outside your door I didn't need the workout equipment. Had a nature workout.

My husband & I took a trip to Maggie Valley and Harrah's Cherokee Casino for a 1 night stay. The hotel was nice. The downfall was we were on the 2nd floor with no elevator service available- not great for the husband who's recovering from ankle surgery. The room was nice & clean and the complimentary breakfast was good with several options. We looked forward to spending quality time in the hot tub but it was tiny and the odd shape made it hard to get in and out of- I actually accidentally stepped on the filter on the bottom and bruised my foot. It's about 30 min to the casino and in November there's not a lot to do in Maggie Valley, as it's mainly seasonal. For the price the room is a good deal.

We only stayed one night but it was nice. Loved the deck with rocking chairs overlooking the creek. Would have liked it if there was a screen on the sliding door so we could have heard the creek inside the room

Wonderful place, friendly staff and peacful setting with the stream in the back would stay again in a heartbeat!

Check in was quick and when we got to the room located on the second floor next to the stairs, we were surprised to find it freezing inside the room. We quickly left our bags and found the refrigerator to be unplugged along with a six pack of beer with one left inside. The next morning we discovered a dirty sock by the lamp in the corner and the bottom of the bathtub so slick it required one handed showers not to take a fall. Needless to say we will not stay again and were left with a less than clean feeling overall. Staff seemed mildly surprised when issues were reported upon check out, stating it was unusual. This surprises me as we were there two mornings and never once heard a vacuum being run and believe me we could hear everything else in the hallway and rooms.

The hotel was a good experience. Great location close to Waynesville, North Carolina where we were heading. Only draw back was hundreds of bikers were everywhere. We should have checked more closely about this. However, we were still able to go antique hunting and had some wonderful dining experiences.

Nice hotel. Clean great staff and breakfast . Will stay again if im in the area

ok good location decent rooms nice view small parking lot

Thanks for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback. I want to personally apologize to you. Your stay here at Ramada was not pleasant. Our housekeeper work hard to clean rooms for our guest, we are sorry you had to wait 20 minutes before your room got ready. I am sorry that equipment in fitness room was not working, as we are process of renovating fitness room with new equipment. We have not had any other complain about hot tub not working, but we will definitely look in to that. I just hope you give us another chance, and see what we stand as Ramada brand.
