Very nice room. Nice staff. Ana pool

Parking lot was full. Had to park on vacant lot nearby. Average bed comfort. Average cleanliness. Breakfast area much too small. Breakfast was typical chain hotel bagged breakfast eggs, etc. Coffee was okay. Noisy - wife couldn’t sleep. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The check in lady KATHLEEN was SUPERB! Very nice, customer driven and caring, we both really liked her! The beds/pillows are nice, room is newly painted (but still some age, however very clean and nice). We would definitely stay here again (hopefully the pool will be working then...however, you can use the motel pool down the street since its affiliated). KUDO's to Kathleen, she made our stay fun and enjoyable as she had good conversation, local info and such!

The breakfast was cancelled due to Covid -19, but there was hot coffee tea at the reception area. Also liked the towels provided by the pool, so we didn't have to use the room towels.

Everything are clean and breakfast is excellent. The employees are friendly and very respectful.

Loved it very good place to stay staff was very friendly rooms very clean will come back and stay again.Ricky

Nice and definitely stay again, convenient access to all places

good location but several areas to improve. The door to my room (124) wouldn’t open consistently with the key (sometimes had to put it into the door 3 or 4 times). Pool area was nice but smelled of over chlorination and water was leaking everywhere on the area from the hotel to the pool.

Great hotel for a great price. The only complaint would be that the beds are very firm, but they weren’t so bad that you had a restless night. Very convenient location and the staff are super friendly.

It was very clean and the staff very kind and helpful.

We wanted to be near Waynesville. This hotel was close, had the best reviews and offered a decent rate. After staying, we can understand why the reviews were so good. Clean, comfortable, up to date.

Comfort Inn-Maggie Valley was what you might expect at a chain hotel. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I think it was overpriced but summer rates were the same most places I checked. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our three day/night stay at the Comfort Inn in Maggie Valley. The hotel was conveniently located and offered fantastic views of the surrounding fall foliage. The staff treated us as if we were friends staying at their home. And the free breakfast was awesome!

This hotel was better than I expected it to be. I chose this hotel for the reasonable price which was better than a lot of other hotels in the area. I expected it to be a lot of disappointments; but for the price, I was willing to deal with for one night. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was. My children also had a great time at the pool. My only complaint is that there is absolutely not enough parking; but other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Good location. Right on the main street in Maggie Valley. Wonderful staff, but difficult to evaluate fairly because an entire section of the hotel was being renovated. My room was in that section. Looks like it will be nice when they finish.
