Enjoy the remarkable wide long-range view at 3,500 feet along with the sounds of a nearby stream that will provide the relaxation and attitude adjustment you need for a family gathering, business retreat or working vacation.
You will have access to a nearby children’s playground, 5 tier pond and a campfire area which is available in this remarkable gated community. Spectrum fiber optic TV and high-speed internet for streaming using Roku controller 183 channels with many additional sport channels. Two full size washers and dryers (located both on level 1 and 2), 2 car garage(w/opener), outdoor commercial gas grill, fully stocked kitchen and central heat and A/C completes this log home.
1st Floor: (Main) Vaulted living Room with wood burning fireplace, 50” flat screen HD TV w/DVR, and CD player. Spacious fully stocked newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertop. There is a separate dining area w/seating for 6. Plus, additional breakfast bar seating for 4. A card table and chairs are also available. Master bedroom includes a King bed, 40” flat screen HD TV and en-suite with new full size tile shower, double sinks and additional washer and dryer. Covered deck with rockers and wooden swing plus uncovered deck with professional gas grill and picnic table complete this level of the home.
2nd Floor: (Upstairs) Bedroom with bunk bed, 2 queen beds and 43” flat screen HD TV. Loft area with 40” flat screen HD TV, pool table, and full bath.
3rd Floor: (Lower Level) Master suite with king bed, 46” flat screen HD TV and full en-suite with tile shower. A full size washer/dryer and private access to the lower covered deck.

I like rentals that use a key for security because key codes are not always changed on a regular basis. We all can't wait to go back to this absolutely perfect home.

It's a very nice 3 story cabin. Plenty of space of all of us. The bottom level has a king size bed with its own shower.and you can go thru the garage to this room also..Then 2nd level is the main level with king bed and it's own shower.the kitchen and all is on this floor. Then top floor has bedroom with 2 queen beds and set of bunk beds with tub/shower and pool table in the main area.

Perfect family retreat!!

The house was perfect!! Plenty of space, all the kitchen utensils/amenities we needed and extra chairs/tables stored away to bring out for the large dinner. We did set up our own Christmas tree, but the beauty of the cabin required no more decor to make it feel like Christmas. The beds were extremely comfortable (that is always a fear with these rentals they they have cheap beds...NOT the case here. Slept wonderfully!!! And of course the staff!!! Cannot say more nice things about the prompt email responses from all our questions and guidance on the area. Also very friendly at check in and every time we popped in for something.

We loved walking the subdivision with the dog and were very happy that the cabin had plenty of salt for the driveway, which we needed last Friday when it snowed:) We are trying to stay twice a year here, hoping to buy when the kids finish college. This is a perfect altitude for a winter stay. The roads are easy to navigate for this section of the development, even though 4WD is needed when ice and snow arrive. What really impressed us AGAIN was how the subdivision salted the roads in anticipation of the winter weather and truly how wonderful it was to receive an email and personal phone call fromMr. Johnson , the developer, offering us a late checkout if we were uncomfortable leaving early in the morning with the ice/snow. That is awesome customer service and another reason we love this development ! We highly recommend it winter or summer

The property management team was very helpful and responsive to any needs we had. The check in and check out process was very convenient. We like the Eagle's Nest property. We stayed there last year and this was our 2nd year. However... With a name like "Altitude Adjustment" we expected to be high up on the mountain top, but instead it was one of the first cabins as you go up the mountain. We were disappointed that we didn't get but 2 towels in our upstairs bathroom. With our group of 3 couples, we had to do a load of towels to make it through our 3 night stay.The "start up" supplies were very skimpy and poor quality (bathroom tissue and paper towels). We had no dishwasher soap at all.The fireplace was a big problem for us. It didn't draw well at all and we had to leave the glass doors closed or the cabin would fill up with smoke. Therefore all our heat went up the chimney. While we knew the home was "pet friendly" we didn't expect that the sofa would smell like a dog.The inside staircase from the garage has steep steps which didn't affect us too much, but would be it hard for guests with even very mild mobility issues.We would definitely choose this area again, but perhaps a different cabin.

Great October 2020 Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you don’t mind driving some curvy roads to the driveway, this property is great! The driveway was extremely steep, too. It was private and sitting on the deck in the early morning or evening was relaxing. We ran out of propane while cooking dinner and had to go to the Dollar General to rescue our meal prep (the owner promptly reimbursed us the cost even though we kept the tank), but management responded promptly the next morning and brought another tank. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
