It is a 25 m2 street-facing, practical and functional double room with a private bathroom fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
It is located on the third floor and the building has a lift. In the lobby, you will need to navigate a small flight of steps to reach the lift.
The room is distributed in a sunny and modern space with a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding and two pleasant balconies to the street.
The accommodation features central air conditioning as well as an electric radiator, storage space for your belongings, a television, and a small dining table.
You have a modern bathroom inside the room with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.
We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the bed.
The room have a small equipped kitchen with the main appliances, crockery for 2 people and other usual utensils.
You will find a laundry area for shared use with other guests in the common area of the accommodation complex.
The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.

This apartment is on the third floor of an extremely run down building. The suite wasn’t brutal, but the check in routine was. Very central, very noisy especially at night. A bar across the street would fill into the street at night and parties would go until 2:00 am. Unless you want to stay up all night I’d avoid staying here.

The location and layout were incredible, however, there was a weird smell during our entire stay. The showerhead was also not installed all the way, so it didn't work as intended. It also wasn't the same listing as shown in the photo.
