The room was quite small, the bed took up most of the room and it was a small double bed. Getting in is easy enough, and there are several shared bathrooms. There was only 2 places to eat within walking distance and that was not a good experience. The bed creaks a lot everytime I moved. It is enough to just sleep, and the WiFi is fine, but it is super minimal.

the online check in process was excruciating and took more than 30 minutes to get into our room. very hard to understand when only able to speak english. room was nice and area was nice.

This is a scary place, got there and found the room I was assigned had an undone bed, towels from the prior guest and a trash bin full of water bottles, building looks like a college room, some weird dudes with their door open, not a place I would recommend

Salimos a las 9:45 y mandan un mail deciendo hay que pagar una penalizaciones de 15€ porqué hemos salido despues de las doce..antes de mandsr nada hay que revisar las camaras para eso las tienen. Lo demas normalito

Todo ha esta bien, hay que leer atentamente las instrucciones para entrar pero está todo explicado y hay que tener paciencia. Lo único negativo que resaltaría es la falta de empatía de algunos huéspedes que actúan como si estuvieran en su casa, haciendo ruido incómodos de escuchar. Por lo demás, calidad precio es correcto

Empezó a sonar la alarma de incendios a las 2 de la mañana (no había ningún incendio, eran unos jóvenes que estaban por el pasillo) y no dejo de sonar hasta las 8 de la mañana, no había quien se durmiera, muchísimo ruido, nadie vino a apagarla y tampoco se podía apagar. La habitación estaba muy bien pero olía muchísimo a tabaco Toallas y sábanas lavadas pero con manchas

Dificil contactar para solucionar incidencias falta un telefono para hablar con el personal, salto una alarma por la noche y estuvo sonando toda la noche, la habitacion no tien e comodidades como tv, no hay armario ,ni perchas, ni colgadores para la ropa, fuimos para una noche solo para dormir y ducharnos, que tampoco necesitamos muchas comodidades pero estas fueron totalmente nulas.

Publicidad engañosa. Toman la foto con un ángulo de manera que la habitación se vea más grande de lo que no es. El baño es compartido con todo el piso, y huele mal. Además de que las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, se puede escuchar todo lo que habla el vecino. No recomiendo este hotel para alojarse. Muy mal el servicio para el precio.

No contesta la llamada estuvimos 5 horas fuera sin entrar no contesta el teléfono pésimo el servicio llamamos la policía y de echo denunciare porque no tienen un teléfono para el cliente hablar con ellos fue horrible todo lo que se pasó
