Nice, spacious room but we didn’t like that there are attendants there at certain times during the day. Also, there were no blackout curtains, just some sheer curtains and awkward roller blinds that didn’t completely cover the windows and give you privacy. Other than that it was nice

Great spot in Madrid

60 balconies is in a terrific location, close to museums and transportation. When I walked into the lobby, I thought well this is a dated establishment, although spotlessly clean. However, when I reached my room/apartment I was completely impressed with the modern features, including dishwasher, washer and dryer refrigerator, things I really didn’t need for my two nights stay. Keep in mind that the reception stuff is only available in the daytime, but it was very easy to access the building anytime of night.

Our suit apartment fit perfectly our family of four. Our teen had their own room with their own twin beds, while we had our own queen bed as well. We loved all the space it had to offer with our own kitchen that fit all our family needs. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as pharmacies. Easy to get a taxi to all the main points. The main train station is just literally across the street which perfect for us just to walk over with our luggage to head to Barcelona to continue or Spain trip. We would highly recommend this place for families.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was very attractive and we appreciated having a washing machine. Because it is next to a major roundabout and over the road from the Atocha station there is background noise but this was only a problem the night of the national football final. Staff were uniformly helpful as we were also there the day of the major blackout. The apartment is close to the Prada and easy walking distance to the Royal Palace and there are many cafes, bars and restaurants

A stone’s throw away from Atocha station, the apartments were in a great location. Despite the traffic and the crowds that come with the proximity to the station, the property was very quiet. Very helpful staff.

Property is perfectly located across from the Atocha station with an another metro stop right outside the door. Easy walking distance to the Prado Museum and many eatery options right outside the door. Studio was amazing - clean and spacious, with just about every amenity needed for a short or long stay.

Location is awosome, Stuff is very friendly. Had issue to check in at the self-checkin machine but was helped remotely. One of the bed room facing street is very noisy. air conditioner was not working for the first night. Fixed by stuff next day.

We were 3 people and were give apt #5B for 4 nights. Positives: Very good location right on top of a metro station. While the building is at a noisy location, the apartment was quiet and clean. Fast food joints are in this building. So it’s convenient. That’s where the good part ends. For the steep price they charge, this place has a lot of negatives and provides poor value. You’d get a fantastic place for that money in the US. - Bathroom is tiny. There is no place to hang clothes inside the bathroom. - Tiny shower with odd angle of shower head. Water would get tepid and then cold when taking shower and even for a short duration. We had to time taking showers. - The bedroom is upstairs and the living room was downstairs. I’m not sure if it was clear from the description. - No heater upstairs and the heater in the bathroom didn’t work. - TV turned on but had no cable or satellite connection. So it was useless. - The elevator is tiny and took time due to traffic. We ended up taking stairs many times. I’d not recommend this property at high prices.
