"Have wanted to stay at this hotel for a while and I’m sad to say I was very disappointed. Maybe I just had high expectations but for what we paid for the stay I found the room tired and it was extremely cold. There was a heater provided but it kept cutting out. For such a large hotel there is extremely limited parking in hotel car park.
Staff while polite where not knowledgeable about hotel procedures and receptionist seemed preoccupied. "
