The staff were wonderful and worked with us to make things right. Beautiful beach ! Property is a little worn, old carpet. They were also paving main road so a little difficult to access at times. Waterpark needs a good cleaning, and some areas not working.

After staying at this hotel several times from 2010-2014, I was a little disappointed at the condition. Also, this is the first hotel I have ever visited with a bicycle, that would not allow me to take my bike into the room.

The hotel was ok. It was not noted on Expedia when I booked that the water park would be closed. They did offer a solution of a hotel in the area having a water park we could use or using the pool next door. But, we really did not want to drive down the road for another water park. Two of the nights we were there other guests partied well into the early morning hours out on the beach close to the hotel. Loud music and voices. Hard to sleep. Other than those two issues the hotel was easy to get to and had a friendly staff.
