The hotel was great. Just two issues first the rooms do not have enough lighting. A couple of lamps in the room would be better. Second it can get loud sometimes. All noises from outside get in the room.

Excellent location and clean rooms, but the broken elevator was a major downside. Expect to use the stairs if your room is on the fourth floor or higher, which was very inconvenient.

Very good location only a few mins walk from the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Facility and the room was modern and clean; washroom was excellent with hot water for a shower. Breakfast was plentiful with good selection. Only minor issue is ventilation (I opened the window but some bugs flew in).

Conveniently located. The elevator was out of service, but we didn’t mind walking up to the third floor. We stayed one night; the hotel is close to the main street and the train station. The best part was the staff, he welcomed us in the train station and walked us to the hotel. No wi-fi.

The room is dark. I asked them to wake me up by phone but they forgot. On the other hand, they accommodated to our needs - packing our breakfast and keep it in the fridge so that we can eat when we come back from the Machu Picchu tour. The staff is very kind.
