Parking: Three designated parking spaces are included. Additional resort parking is available first-come, first-served.

Ski Access: Ski access depends on mountain operations, weather, snow conditions, and trail availability and is outside the host’s control.

Rental Agreement: A short registration form is required after booking.

Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, air-quality, or related travel disruptions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
