Family Getaway

Martin's Landing was amazing! Perfect place for multi-generational families. My senior parents were able to stay on the first floor and not have to worry about flights of stairs. We were able to be together in that beautiful kitchen as well as spread out to our own corners. We can't say enough good things about the house and views. We especially enjoyed fishing on the pier and kayaking! Victoria was so nice to work with and let us take our time checking out. We're already planning a next time we can visit!

Father’s Day

Everything was perfect and exactly as described. Host was very responsive and timely communication. Really enjoyed watching the eagles and osprey. The green light in the water was wonderful. It attracted a lot on fish and crabs. Definitely would go back.

We had a wonderfully relaxing long weekend 3-generationi stay at Martin's Landing. Lots of space both indoors and outdoors for everyone to both gather and spread out. En-suite bathrooms with every bedroom. Perfect first floor bedroom for the grandparents. 1 inflatable paddle board and 4 single kayaks provided - supplemented with our own inflatable paddle boards that we brought made for lots of fun on the water. Relatively quiet in terms of boat traffic despite the holiday weekend - at times we had the river to ourselves. Big, well-stocked kitchen so we could prepare family meals and then comfy seating area to enjoy movies together at night. Victoria was responsive and we appreciated the flexible check-out timing so we didn't have to rush out on our last day. Thank you, Victoria, for sharing your house with us!

We didn’t want to leave!

Our family of 8 (6 adults & 2 preschoolers) stayed at Martin’s Landing for 3 nights. It was wonderful! The house is beautiful and spacious. What an amazing kitchen! It was well stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. Nice high end appliances. We enjoyed kayaking and spent lots of time relaxing on the dock. We spied large fish at the end of the dock but didn’t have our fishing gear along. Great communications with the owner before and after our visit. We would absolutely stay there again!

Peaceful retreat in SoMd

The house was incredible. My husband loved the master shower! The kids enjoyed the beach and swimming. Our youngest son (39) paddled the creek in the kayak. Our oldest son was able to dock his boat. The house had so many amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. There were games and books for all ages. We hope this home is available whenever we go back to visit family. Graduation Weekend

We booked a long weekend for our daughter’s graduation from St Mary’s. The house was beautiful and so spacious for our adult children and grandchildren to all be in one location without feeling cramped. We loved having the fire pit and room to throw a football around. Memories at Martin’s Landing

Martin’s Landing is a little piece of heaven! The house and property are more beautiful than we imagined. We loved every aspect from the gorgeous kitchen, to the incredible master suite with soaking tub, to the dock where we spent countless hours. Victoria went above and beyond and always answered my messages in a timely manner! Amazing stay for our family!

This house was perfect for our extended family of 12 to stay for my dads birthday weekend. Super clean, very roomy, amazing kitchen, and gorgeous view! We walked up the street to Vera’s and drove to town for ice cream and groceries. Victoria was in touch and we had everything we needed. We caught lots of fish and enjoyed s’mores around the campfire. We even saw Eagles, hawks, a duck family and a stingray. We used the kayaks. Plenty of parking. Thank you very much!

Summer crabbing trip

No crabs at for 4 days of our stay, not fault of owner. Owner was readily in touch and allowed us to stay 1 hr late from checkout however she accused me of over staying for several hours and threatened to call sheriff's office if property was not vacated immediately via telephone call ( she left angry message). I learned about this after the fact. She didnt realized I still have one day to stay, we only left to go to museum. She found out on her own that she made a mistake and apologized via email. But hurtful things were said and done. I didnt even asked to be reimbursed in the gas tank i have to buy as it was empty not to mention it was dirty and we have to clean it. House was gorgeous was it was also expensive! If there were crabs i would'nt mind the other inconveniences and bad rap from owner.

Beautiful stay

This property has so much to offer. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Bath in primary bedroom is a spa-type bathroom with jetted tub and separate multi-jet shower. You can see the gorgeous view of the river from several rooms. The use of kayaks with a kayak launch was fabulous. We were a group of 8 women that enjoyed a relaxing and fun weekend which was a welcome respite from our hectic lives. We sat on the dock and read and chatted. The umbrella provided shade when wanted. The kitchen has high-end appliance. Everything you need to have a relaxing and fun adventure is here. The owner was great with responding quickly when a couple of things came up. Highly recommend this property.

The Best Life

We celebrated my husband's 80th birthday at Martin's Landing. The property is an exceptional house located on the water. There are four bedrooms and five bathrooms, but plenty of space to house at least up to ten people. We had eight in our party, six adults and two grands aged 2 and 4. The house is spacious equipped with a luxury kitchen and plenty of space to relax in different rooms. The master bedroom features a luxury spa bathroom and an exceptional view of the water. The dock turned out to be our favorite place during the day and even into the evening to watch sunsets. There are kayaks, paddle boards, and bicycles available for renters. I cannot say enough nice things about the property. It was simply exceptional in all ways and we were all very sorry to leave this morning. We could have stayed forever.

Beautiful spot on the water for the family

Wonderful house with lots of space for our extended family holiday. It was right on the water and had a nice, big, modern kitchen for cooking and hanging out. Very comfy beds. Very clean. The owners were responsive and helpful.
