We had an outstanding stay for a night while visiting Shenandoah NP. The super clean amenities were great and everything was as described on the website. The Hillside was sufficient for our needs. It's a no frills place but one of the more convenient options for our visit to Shenandoah. Noise was a bit of an issue - the beds were creaky, and we were awoken by noisy children and adult conversations next door, so not much in terms of insulation. It was clean though and has some nice outside seating options to enjoy in nicer weather.

This was the loveliest motel I have ever stayed in! The room was very well maintained, spotless and decorated with taste. It had a modern feel which has been a rarity in most of the motels I have stayed in. I had everything needed in the room: Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, a fridge and a coffee maker which made the stay very comfortable. There was also a pool outside however it was off season so it was closed. The staff was super nice and helpful. The location was great: just a short drive to the center of town as well as the Luray caverns and close to the entrance of the Shenandoah national park which was fantastic for hiking. This place is just a gem!
