Good location to Shenandoah national park. Some interesting restaurants in the area which the staff was helpful in pointing out. Older bathroom wasn’t the nicest gurgling sounds during the night from plumbing

The room smelt musky and the carpet was damp, the sheets also felt damp. There was mold in the shower and the base of the floor you can tell must flood a lot from the smell and rotting to the trim

Accommodations were basic, but staff was very friendly and helpful! Lobby was clean, bright. And pet-friendly for our puppy. Location is a little out of the way, surrounded my agricultural fields. But only a 5 min drive from main street with eating places. Prices very good so you get your money's worth.

Location and views were amazing!

Whole hotel was empty ,I asked for 2 beds when I booked due to snow she was saying I have to walk over snow what ever end up sleeping with my best friend, room was so cold when we came in breakfast included should be deleted wrong advertisement one cereal bar is not a breakfast I’am tired hearing companions trying to make money using pandemic if they know teen of package goods muffins, cup cakes, cereal bowls, banana,I go travel overseas too we are just not doing it right at all

The staff was excellent, very attentive to our comfort. Easy to talk with and very friendly

Not cery clean

The room was so disgustingly filthy we only stayed 2 hours before checking back out. The bathroom was disgusting, the easy chair looked like it'd been picked up from the side of the road and the desk was broken. And there were several flies in the room. I've never seen anything quite so bad.

Overall it’s good and the facility is a bit out dated.

Very clean hotel and cozy. Location is very convenient right in the middle of town. Lurray caves is very close and Shenandoah national park.

Property was well kept. Mr. Bill and Ms. Mary at the front desk were very nice and polite. My room faced the pool area (pool was closed) at night the frogs were extremely loud. My room was clean thought the bathroom needed some maintenance.

Would not recommend this place. Our room was dirty. We called to ask to have someone clean our bathroom and the front desk girl told us that we could come get cleaning supplies and do it ourselve. It was downhill from there. Good luck if you decide to stay here!

We thought the staff was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. They created an atmosphere where everyone felt welcome and could talk to each other without it being awkward or strange.

This was a very filthy place. There were like 10 flies and dead spiders on the carpet. There were webs by the window and dead beetles lying in the corners. There was a blood spot on the ceiling. The bathroom was moldy and not clean. The door did not close right so we had to push the door to open and close. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

It seemed outdated and could use a little more deep cleaning, but the staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel was Gmgenerally clean. Front desk staff was fruendly enough. But, the room was smelly and dusty.

Pet friendly, free parking, quite, clean, and a relaxing jacuzzi.
