➞ No cable and streaming account will be provided. But you can log in your own account such as Netflix, Youtube etc.

➞ There are shower towels provided in the bathrooms. Feel free to bring extra towel if you wished to use our Hot Tub.

➞ The home is situated in the downtown area, so there are adjacent neighbors next to all sides of the house.

➞ The fireplace is purely decorative; please do not use it.

➞ Reminder that only the front exterior storm door is locked and secure, the front door has a chain latch lock.

➞ We don't offer laundry facilities. We would suggest go to a laundromat in Luray for your laundry

➞ Please keep in mind that when hot tub is not use, put the cover on and tune the temperature below 100 degree.

➞ There is a pet fee of $30 per pet for the entire stay. Please let us know ahead of time. You will be responsible for any damages or waste they make.

➞ No pets on furniture.

➞ We kindly ask guests to help maintain the home in good condition. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.

➞ Pickup day is every Friday. If it's during your stay, please help us push the trash bins to the curb on Thursday, and pull it back on Friday after they were emptied. Otherwise a dumping fee of $20 will be charged after your stay. Thank you so much for your help.

➞ For allergy-related reasons, cooking oil, salt and pepper and laundry detergent. We suggest to bring your own if you wish to use.

➞ This is an older house with limited electric capacity. You may need to reset the breaker during your stay if you are using multiple large appliances at the same time

What a great location to walk to downtown dining, coffee shop, bakery, brewery, meadery and lunch spot w/beer garden and live music! Also a short walk to the Hawksbill Greenway. The hot tub and fire pit were wonderful as was the shower with rain head. The bed was extremely comfortable - as was the entire house! We will definitely stay again.

We were in town for a family wedding at Shenandoah National Park and had an absolutely wonderful time. The Blue Pearl was nicely appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. Jason gave us all the information we needed and replied promptly to any questions we had. The town of Luray is very nice; we had time to check out the town a bit and see the Luray Caverns which were amazing!

The property itself was great. The hot tub was very clean and the fire pit was a nice amenity. The house itself was comfortable and the kitchen was clean and well- equipped. The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest, but overall the location was good.

The Blue Pearl is a wonderful spot in Luray! It is in a wonderful location just minutes away from Luray Caverns, Shenandoah National Park, wineries, and the Main Street for cafes and restaurants. The home was exactly as pictured, clean, well equipped for all of our needs, and welcoming to our fur-baby. Jason was incredibly kind and communicative. This home will be our stay-of-choice whenever we return to the area!

Communication was perfect. The property is dreamy and has everything one needs. Little touches as an umbrella for the upcoming rain at the door, shampoo conditioner and beautiful smelling shower gel and a hair dryer made me feel at home right away. Thank you for everything. Perfect spot for a little getaway!

We stayed at the Blue Pearl during a long weekend trip with our family of four and our dog. The house and property are beautiful! We had all the amenities we needed during our stay, and loved the fenced in backyard and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal-walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short 5 minute drive to Luray Caverns. We enjoyed pizza from the Italian restaurant around the corner on our first night. Our family is looking forward to our next visit to the Blue Pearl!

We fell in love with this little pearl of a place.

This space is just the right fit for our small family of three. The decor strikes a balance—simple yet striking. As someone who prefers cooler shades over warm tones, with a fondness for lavender, olive, and navy, I truly felt at home here. We can't wait for our next visit. The cottage is darling. Perfect amount of space for 2 people....but, the listing needs to be corrected. I will premise my concerns by stating the owner noted a correction at the very bottom of the listing ...so be sure to read the ENTIRE listing. The photos shown show a well maintained and manicured property. The property is overgrown with trash laying about. There is no washer/dryer available and the fireplace is not to be used. And most important - the front door does not properly lock. You have a screen/storm door that locks and a chain lock on the front door. The side and back doors lock appropriately, but your front door is steps from the street. Once our reservation was confirmed, we received a list of "house rules." You are not allowed to change the temperature setting on the thermostat, which is set for 69 degrees. The house is old, so you must be careful to not use multiple appliances at the same time or you will trip a breaker. Not usually a big deal, but the breaker panel must be downstairs in the locked basement (along with the washer/dryer) because we searched the entire house looking for it.
