フライトの都合でチェックインの時間よりだいぶ早く到着しましたが、準備ができた部屋があり、チェックインさせてもらえました。とても有り難かったです。スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーで優しいです。部屋も十分に広くて綺麗でした。朝食も良かったです。とても居心地の良いホテルでした。

Really really enjoyed my time here. This is a very clean, super friendly staffs, nice boutique hotel walking distance to everything: bus station, lake and grocery store. Best highlights were the smooth after-hour self check-in, breakfast (!!!), the 24/7 cappuccino machine small cold drink fridge at the entrance, and spacious balcony in my hotel room!! This stay made my trip really memorable and would absolutely book again next time. 🙏🙏🙏

All went well. A little too much traffic outside but normal for a Saturday night! One neighbour had set a very early alarm clock which woke us up too soon unfortunately. Otherwise very pleasant hotel.

The staff were very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was VERY good. The hotel was located very close to the Lugano’s attractions. The hotel needs to provide more fans during hot and humid weather.

Narrow and limited parking

Room was cold and has no radiator or heater. There are wooden stairs and no elevator. Parking is limited near hotel, but very narrow space. Internet is good. Bathroom is small. Room is quite large. Walls are very thin and you hear all noises from other rooms and hall. Breakfast was good. Bed was unconfortable

Perfect hotel in Lugano

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Atlantico. The owners went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and secure. They even showed me 5 different rooms and let me choose the one I wanted. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the area is nice. It's a very short walk to the lake and thru the park to the town. The walk was so beautiful that I never even used the free bus pass they gave me. Don't miss the breakfast with homemade jams and cakes. It was fantastic. I would definitely stay at Hotel Atlantico again!

Bathroom shower needs some work. Why put it on the broad side of the tiny bath tub? Rooms have paper thin walls. I am a very light sleeper and people talking in the other rooms, even from a different floor were quite audible and loud. Same with road noise early in the morning. The door to the balcony does not have any handle on the outside, so if you are locked out, good luck! Check in is on the second floor (1st per European numbering). Very good internet speed but no English channel on the TV. Closer to the lake. The hosts are very pleasant and smiling, always willing to help. Breakfast was nice.
