We paid for parking but the car was towed and we couldn't get the car until the next day because the lot was closed. All spots on the first floor were marked as reserved but we paid for parking so we assumed they were reserved for paying hotel guests. We had to rent a car and pay the towing / storage which cost $350. In addition, parking rates were twice the normal rate due to a special event.

Fantastic location!!! Clean, friendly staff and close to so much. Felt very safe and the free street parking was a pleasant surprise. I have to say the best part of this location was the staff. No shuttle from airport so I rented a car but and due to very limited atreet parking the hotel garage charges an additional $24/day. Also, booked through expedia and was upcharged for two days to include breakfast and was treated by staff as if they were being secretive that it was paid for and kept pushing to charge it to the room. So we went elsewhere both days for breakfast. Will not stay here again!

The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The staff was courteous, especially Shawn. He went out of his way to accommodate. The food at the roof top restaurant was good.
