Pretty good place. Cute and cozy and well decorated. We stayed there for two nights. It was very cold outside during our stay. The house is pretty old and a little drafty. There was a cap on the thermostat of 72 and even at that, it was hard to stay comfortable in the home. A few hours after contacting the host, they increased the allowable heat to 74 which helped.

Nice house with very comfy beds

The house was a wonderful little shotgun style. Very clean and well outfitted for our family of four to stay and cook in. Very close to Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Expo Center where we were at most of the week. Very good communication with the property manager. They even helped us when my daughter forgot her stuffed animal at the house by making it back to us.

Our stay

Everything was perfectly as described. Good place to stay. Great contact with the owner and she was able to get us out what we needed in a quick and timely manner. Neighborhood was definitely a little worse for wear but we loved the house.

Our stay here was very comfortable and pleasant. My family and I were very pleased with the home and amenities for our short visit to KY. If we are ever back in Louisville KY we will definitely stay here again.

South Louisville

Our family enjoyed our stay while attending the National Archery tournament at the Expo center. It was a very short and easy drive to our destination. The house was very clean charming and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids ages 7-14) to enjoy our stay. Check in process was smooth. Host checked in with us after our first night, which was greatly appreciated. The security lights and door alert system were comforting to have in an unfamiliar area. During the day, the park across the street was a nice treat for the kids to burn off some excess energy. There is a Kroger close by, which was nice to be able to pick up drinks and breakfast items. Around dark, the neighborhood's homeless start moving about making their way to the nearby salvation army building or to sleep in the park. They never bothered anyone. Overall it was an excellent stay and would recommend.

An adorable house in a semi-quiet neighborhood

The property was adorable and as promised. The property owners were very communicative. The neighborhood was a little noisy but not awful. It seemed to be relatively fine until we got to Kroger and the shelves were almost bare and there were security guards at all the exits. That created bit of unease. However, we managed just fine. The decor was adorable. I loved the color scheme and the countertops in the kitchen. Should we need to return to the area (there for a convention) we would definitely consider staying there again.

Amazing family vacation!!

My kids and I had the best time staying at this property!! Super cozy, clean, great space, overall just a wonderful experience. We got to enjoy the snow right out front in the yard. The only thing I noticed was that there was no access to the backyard and the kids and I were eager to play with snow and create snow angels. We ended up having to do it in the front lawn and driveway. The door leading to the backyard was completely locked for some reason. Other than that, best time of our life! Hopefully we will return soon!
