"The original two-story building is in need of a renovation. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked. The water pressure in the shower was minimal. The wood baluster has some rusted connectors in the wood was needed some boards replaced and sanded and re-stained. Needs painting and new flooring maybe some light fixtures. Also there is no elevator to get to the second story of the original building. The rooms are accessed from a perimeter walkway. The grounds where the pool is and tennis courts are walkway to the beach are all kept in pretty good shape is grounds are very clean and very tranquil"
