The rooms fan did not work. Front desk kept telling us to call the 3rd party vendor to complain. We kept telling her we don’t want our money back just fix the fan or move us. Finally after 2 hours of dealing with front desk they moved us. Then come to know out tv didn’t work properly un next room. . Such a nightmare. Will never stay there again or recommend this place.

The only problem was they had construction going on early in the morning and that interfered with our sleep. I know it was something that needed to be done I wish we would have known about that before we booked our room.

My stay was very nice, the hotel is under renovation, but they kept the noise a minimum. They were very cautious of disputing guest staying there. Great location Big nice clean rooms. I’ll be back!

This was our 5th stay here. Each time we have had issues with the room keys not working and needing to get new ones at the front desk. This was by far the worst time. Immediately after check in we couldn’t get in our room. We have decided to stay next door at the Hilton or Marriott next time since we really like this location.

The room had roaches, although we got moved to a different room. The hotel lost power, there was not electricity and phones were not working. We checked out early because it was too hot and uncomfortable to stay. The front desk said we will get refund. I have tried call multiple times with no response and no refund. This is going on 2 months and we have not heard from the hotel management
