Newly built in a peaceful and quiet part of Cabo San Lucas overlooking the ocean.

* Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, bathroom with stand-alone shower, Dual Vanity, Mirrors, Air conditioning and Terrace.
* Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, bathroom with stand-alone shower, Dual Vanity, Mirrors, and Fan.

I will be available all the time, before and during your stay, just send me any message and I will communicate online. Access to the department will be done through a code that will be provided on the day of your arrival.

In addition to your stay, as a PLUS, I can offer you activities in the destination, I have an agreement with some activity companies and restaurants, which is why I can give you a better rate. If you need more information, I can be provided once you make your reservation with us.

It is important to mention that when you arrive you will find the apartment very clean, however the $ 450MXN of cleaning costs that are being charged is only considering the cleaning of 1 day, in case you stayed more than 7 days in the apartment and you would like daily cleaning, please let me know by message and we can review the additional charge for the days that require cleaning.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD
It is a very calm and incredible place where you can watch the best sunsets in Los Cabos.

Inside the Development you will see a community park where you can walk, there is a bicycle path next to the condominiums and there is also a store to buy groceries and an OXXO, both at the entrance to the neighborhood.



HOW TO MOVE
The cost of Uber is around $5USD to get to the city center and also THE BEST WAY TO GET AROUND IS TO RENT A CAR at the airport, which is really cheap in Mexico and costs around $10USD per day.

The condo is in Building M2, in the map that I share, you can see where it is located and it is on the 3rd floor, you have to climb stairs, the door has number # 302 indicated and it is the only door on that floor that has a machine access code.
