The view from the 5th floor is AWESOME! The swim up bar and restaurant was GREAT. Family owned for 16 years, super friendly and reasonable pricing. Will definitely stay there again. Nicest Villa in Cabo Bell area.

Overall great place for us.

The condo was as described. Comfortable bed, good ac units, nice deck, wonderful views.The pool was great. Plenty of Comfortable loungers and umbrellas. The swim-up bar was a real game changer. Low priced drinks and really good food. I mean REALY good food for a swim up bar. Drinks were all excellent. I found it perfect for my wife and i as we are more poolside folks rather than sandy beach folks. There's a beach, but its not remarkable. For that experience we took a 7 Uber to the popular local touristy beach that catered to any need a couple or a family could ask for. Bargain prices at the little on-site Market. Large Supermarket just up the street. I would definitely go back.

Amazing!

I loved this place. The million dollar views are amazing! Location is great. It is close to everything yet far away from all the noise. It’s only a mile away from Fresko, a great grocery store that resembles Wholefoods in the US. Highly recommended

Relax!!!

We stayed in this condo from Mar17th till the 20th. Could have stayed longer. Really nice condo. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The view from the balcony is stunning! We would go out and sit and watch the whales jump everyday! Really amazing to watch.Lynn has a brochure that is very detailed and was a huge help. Thank you again for sharing this lovely place with us’. We will be back!

Great stay in Cabo

We started our stay at the Cape but wanted to stay longer and thus VRBO was available. It was just perfect. The neighborhood is the cutest and manicured perfectly…. The workers were so helpful, and Lynn was amazing. Her little pink folder has ALL THE THINGS you need to know about Cabo. This made our stay so much easier. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo had everything we needed. Great place to watch the whales from the balcony. Location/parking was easy and we enjoyed sunset drinks at Jazz on the Rocks and the Cape Hotel.

Amazing views

This was our second time to this condo. The views are spectacular. Whale watching all day long and gorgeous sunrise views. Condo has everything you could need for your stay. The pool bar is great. The guys at the pool bar are so great and the food is really good. Location is great. Easy Uber trip to town. Lynn is easy to contact and prompt with any questions.

Awesome Views!

Condo was spacious, bed was comfy, really had everything we needed. Enjoyed the food & drinks at the pool and met a lot of nice people there. Beautiful flowers and lots of birds to watch. And the best part—the spectacular views and whale watching right from the condo! Overall great experience!

Nice development

The condo was quite nice. We weren’t aware of the 14 steep steps to the condo after getting off the elevator! My husband had a difficult task getting our heavy luggage up to the condo. We paid someone to take it down when we left. There are not nearly enough pool chairs available and the heated pool was chilly. We enjoyed eating at the pool bar. The service there was terrific!

Good stay - I'd come back

I've stayed at other properties offered by this owner and have always been pleased. The pictures and descriptions are pretty accurate. All appliances are modern and functional and the place was immaculate. Unlike other places, it comes with a supply of condiments, coffee, coffee accessories, and filters. It's the perfect size for two people - far enough away from Cabo to be quiet but close enough to be easily accessible by cab/Uber. My gf left some stuff behind and the owner was able to arrange it's prompt return.Only one minor hiccup that's my fault: when you open the door, there's a keypad and it makes a buzzing sound. Open the door AFTER the buzzing is over or else it won't open. (I used to live in an apartment where you had to open the door DURING the buzzing sound, so my old habits kicked in).

Perfect Vacation Condo

We loved our stay at Misiones Del Cabo! The patio is the best part about this condo! We spent a lot of time whale watching, watching the colorful sunsets, and enjoying meals oceanside! The accommodations are great for 2 people. We had everything we needed! We enjoyed using the beach chairs on the private beach, as well as, snorkeling in the morning. Will definitely stay here again!!

Spot on

Great place for a getaway. From the initial greeting at the gate, to the staff at the poolside bar everyone was professional and friendly. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated and the view of the sunrise is spectacular. An easy walk down to the beach. Great restaurants are an easy Uber ride away along with spectacular beaches. Highly recommend it! Will definitely return at some point. Lynn was great, and has a complete write up of what to do in the area.

Beautiful View

My husband and I had an incredible stay at the condo. Views were absolutely stunning from the balcony. We were able to catch the morning sunrise over the horizon every day! There are 2 near by beaches that are very private and quiet as an additional bonus. We ate at the local restaurant, Jazz on the Rocks, just walking distance from the condo and watched the beautiful sunset with our meal! Communication with the Vrbo host was seamless and accessing the suite was easy. Definitely would stay here again!!

A Total Gem!

It was our first time to Cabo and wow what a great vacation. The location and setting of this condo is absolutely perfect. The complex is very private, safe, quiet and well maintained. We enjoyed the balcony so much. Definitely the star of the unit! The view of the ocean was excellent. We started every morning with coffee on the balcony and then wandered down to the pool bar and restaurant for breakfast before heading down to the beach. The on property bar restaurant was so appreciated. The drinks were excellent and the food was was enjoyable and everything was reasonably priced. Andres at the bar booked us a dinner cruise which I would also recommend. Lynn the host was super responsive to all my questions. We also used the private driver she recommended for airport transfers and we would definitely use again. When we arrived, the security guards loaded our luggage onto the golf cart and took us to our unit. We liked that the unit had beach chairs, towels and umbrella which we used everyday at the beach. We went into town a couple of nights for dinner (uber was super easy to use and also felt very safe) and after seeing other locations was so happy to be staying just outside of town away from the hustle and bustle. We were afraid it was going to be too hot in June but it was perfect averaging in the low 80s and very dry. Love that all of Cabo has sanitized water. It's going to be our new "go to" place and have already booked for next year!

Great couples trip!

We had a beautiful stay at Misiones. The complex was beautiful and amenities (pool, pool bar/restaurant, convenience store) were fantastic! A short walk to a rocky beach so I suggest water shoes if you have sensitive feet but there are plenty of other options for flatter, nearby beaches. The view from the condo was extraordinary. We started each morning on the patio overlooking the water and sunrise and ended each night looking at the lights of Cabo and a beautiful moon! Even got a fireworks show one night! Only a 15 - 20 min Uber ride to downtown and the marina. Highly recommend Mr. Alexander’s for a beautiful dinner by the marina. You must try the rooftop at The Cape and make a reservation for Sunset da Mona Lisa. Make it a special night and sit by the fire pits and order the chef’s menu. You won’t be disappointed. Our unit had everything we could possibly need, the bed was very comfy which is important to us and Lynne was super helpful and immediately responsive. Her guide book is extremely detailed and the staff at Misiones (front gate attendants, Andres at pool and others) were very helpful and friendly whenever we had a question. We will be back to Cabo again soon and will most certainly book at Misiones again!

Amazing!

This condo is 10/10. Easy commute to the Marina area, the pool was nice and the pool bar was great too. The condo was clean we arrived. The private beach was a nice little spot to watch the sunrise. I would highly recommend this spot.
