Location is unique and The beach specially beautiful, sadly the Whole place lacks Maintainance and needs an update urgently. Kenny Hernandez at the Front desk needs a lot of Training and Service skills.

The Staff is helpful but the older property lacks amenities. Pool/Restaurant area is clean and welcoming. Food is good but menu is limited. Our room was clean but the furniture was cheap. Bedside Lighting was terrible for reading . Housekeeping was thorough with nightly turndown service. The amount of steps is daunting. Did not know about golf cart rides until offered halfway through our stay. Had rain two nights and it flooded one area of the room. Never offered to move us. Location is a 20 minute drive to San Jose del Cabo....sometimes difficult to book an Uber. Will not stay here on forthcoming trips.

Not well kept, rooms are terrible, the window in the room was not a window and the rest of the windows had a view to a hallway, the rooms said “garden view” no garden to be seen. Staff was ok, not very trained and not very present. Place needs maintenance asap! Food options were really limited and bad. The breakfast was ok!

Went on a birthday weekend with my girlfriend and it was everything we looked for . The resort was beautiful and very clean , the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the property its self was super clean. I felt like the cost of the resort was more than fair considering everything that we received. Will definitely come recommend to others

Exceptional!

We were truly blown away by how extravagant this resort was. The curb appeal steals your attention as you pull close to it. You are greeted with smiling faces and refreshing drinks. The path to the room is like an enchanted garden, tucked away on a private portion of the shore. We went in late July so the resort was very quiet, which was a plus. The rooms, and entire grounds were immaculately clean; and the staff was accommodating, doting, and hospitable. The breakfast each morning was delicious and utterly refreshing, not to mention filling. It held us over until the afternoon hours. We will DEFINITELY return!

Quiet and relaxing vibe

We booked this hotel at the last minute. Most hotels that were available online were all inclusive which is not our style so we were happy to find this property. The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly. It is a little on the older side, but it is very well kept up And very comfortable.

The property was just ok. Some extra cleaning of the grounds was needed. The WIFI never worked in our room which was very inconvenient. Our stay was just ok probably would not stay there again. Staff was very helpful when needed.
