Beautiful private villa in the gated community of Villa Serena with pool, jacuzzi, large outdoor patio area with Ralph Lauren tables, loungers and seating. Beautifully lit backyard at night time with outdoor bar & Weber gas BBQ. Great house for entertaining. Brand new fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer. 3 flat screen TV's. WIFI. 7 mins to downtown bars, restaurants, beaches and shopping. Beautifully decorated & landscaped. Garden and pool staff included twice weekly. Additional staff available by request. Recently installed water purification system to ensure tap water is drinkable and safe.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
