We chose this hotel after reading reviews and thinking it was the best option in the area, but unfortunately, it was nothing like what was promised.
The first room we were given was awful sheets had stains, the pillowcases and blankets had holes, and the entire room smelled like cigarettes. After traveling for nearly 8 hours, this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. I went to the front desk to request a new room, but the second room was even worse. It had the same issues plus mold around the bathtub and edges of the bathroom. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.
Yes, the hotel has been “renovated,” but clearly the cleaning and upkeep are completely neglected. During our stay, housekeeping never came to clean our room we had to go out of our way to ask for fresh towels every single day.
We felt stuck because everything else nearby was way more expensive, but this experience completely ruined our trip. Definitely not worth the money, and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
