Got woken by bumping of neighbors headboard hitting the thin wall 3 different times realizing I was sinking in middle of squeaky bed I switched to sleep by feet side and saw someone THiCK Lashes stuck to sheets, room 4th 405 hear the freeway cars, pool was warm at night and jacuzzi was ok just smelled lot of Clorox chemical and felt it on body tingling, since I got WOKEN 3am couldn’t go back to sleep so I am writing this review also not sure why they have $ fee for parking I dint see no security checking the lot

Everyone was so great! We were here for 2 1/2 months after losing our home in the California Eaton fire. While it wasn’t convenient to our old neighborhood, everything else was fantastic! I would stay here again anytime!

They did not have our reserved room type available so they bumped us (4 adults) to a King suite at Homewood suites which also did not fit 4 adults. Had to get extra sheets to cover the dirty, stained couch and argue with staff to provide extra pillows and blankets.

The hotel itself is nice and convenient. Even though we notified the front desk on Sunday the shower drainage was horrible no one ever came even though we were told maintenance would come to take care of it. Upon leaving we did let the front desk know again about the drainage and it would have a mold problem soon.

Great staff minus night security gaurd

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. From the time we checked in , The food servers, the kitchen staff, with the exception of on security person the entire staff was welcoming , accommodating , very friendly and professional. Like i said with the exception of one security gaurd , our stay would have been the friendliest place to stay.

I stayed with my daughter for a dance competition, while in our room at night someone walked into my room!! They gave someone else the key to my room and said I wasn’t “fully booked” and it was a glitch in the system so they booked someone else to the same room! I told the front desk I didn’t feel safe and they offered me free parking as if that was going to make me sleep soundly. They offered a breakfast voucher but the staff was unfriendly and rude. Don’t think I’ll be staying there again. I had a horrible experience!

Bed linens were super wrinkled when we got there. We got vouchers for breakfast and the lady working there brings us a check for the full amount without vouchers and wants me to sign and tip and total and just trust her that she will take off the two meals. I heard her bring several other checks that way to guests as well. Why would I sign a check for an amount I am not agreeing to pay? Missing tile in the shower that was just filled in with what looked like grout. It was a huge space.
