This hotel was very quite very clean. The pool looked super clean too bad we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. The room was very clean. The only thing is that they didn’t hand soap, shampoo and conditioner it only had body wash on both shower dispensers. Easy to check in and out. Location was perfect it had some food and shopping around the area.

This motel was convenient to Malibu and at an excellent price. The room was clean and had all the expected amenities (refrigerator, television, air conditioning, soap, shampoo, etc). Unfortunately, parking was a bit crowded (both the number of people and the size of the parking lot), the bed was firm as a sheet of plywood, and the pillows were like rocks-- not the best quality of sleep.

We had a nice stay. The pool was clean and we'll kept. Rooms are in the process of being remodeled. Decent room, beds were comfortable. Towels could be a little bigger and softer but I also appreciate that they did not use scented laundry soap/fabric softener. Overall a great stay and we would stay again.

The room smelled really bad, the door was open when I got to the room, and the sheet on the bed had pee stains on it. The front desk lady said she could send someone to spray when I asked for another room. So I ended up going to a different hotel all together. Overall, the rooms are pretty spacious.
