The 4th floor was gym and pool were closed til 1:00 because of remodel. We stay almost every year to see relatives during the new year. Sad to not get workout in the morning.

Clunky and redundant check-in requirements

I do not know why both spouses must present ID when checking in, especially if each of them has the SAME CREDIT CARD AND NUMBER. We arrived on the evening of Jan. 10, ready to evacuate during the Los Angeles firestorm catastrophe. Exhausted, I waited in our car out front, half-asleep, while my husband checked us in. He returned to say that the front desk insisted I show my driver's license as well. Unbelievable.
