A lot of the amenities weren’t open until Thursday. No pool or some places to eat. The food at the buffet was cold my TV didn’t really work. Don’t get me wrong. The hotel is nice, the staff was great and there’s things to do but some of it wasn’t available.

We had a fantastic stay at AC Hotel Downtown Los Angeles and would absolutely stay here again. The location was one of the best parts of the experience — it felt central to everything we needed, with easy access to rideshares and convenient proximity to the train for anyone using public transportation. The property itself is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed. From check-in to check-out, the experience felt smooth, polished, and relaxing. We especially loved the aesthetic of the hotel, including the rooftop access and the overall ambiance. The views of downtown LA were stunning — such a gorgeous way to take in the city. Our room was comfortable and well designed, with wonderful lighting, soft finishes, and just the right amount of space. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the fixtures and details throughout the room felt modern and soothing. Everything about the stay felt clean, stylish, and easy. This was a lovely experience overall, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable, beautiful stay in downtown LA.

Appalling room service! None of the 11 restaurants would make us a to go order. Then,we called for door Dash 4 times and they wouldn’t let them up. There was NO FOOD OPTIONS! I am a platinum member for over 9 years. This was my last Marriott hotel.
